Are online orders secure?

Can I order by phone?

How does FloraWorld collect taxes?
Within Canada, FloraWorld collects and pays sales tax according to requirements in delivery destinations.

How quickly will my order be delivered?
FloraWorld handles your order as soon as you place it. Within North America, orders received by 12:00 noon (in the recipient's time zone) can usually be delivered the same business day. Orders placed after that will be delivered the next business day. NOTE: Saturday delivery is available in most major centres. Any orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

All international orders are directed through floral headquarters in the country of destination before being wired to the filling store. Please allow up to three business days for overseas delivery.

During floral holidays when demand for flowers is highest (such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day) we recommend ordering at least two days in advance.

How and when will my flowers be delivered?
In order to ensure that our customers receive the freshest flowers using the best delivery schedules, FloraWorld works through local florists with proven records for product quality and delivery efficiency.
