What kinds of flowers are available through your web site?
We sell cut flowers of every description (subject to seasonal availability).

Is delivery available 7 days a week?
Many florists are not open on Sundays, so in most areas deliveries are only available Monday - Saturday.

Do you really deliver flowers anywhere in the world?
Yes. FloraWorld has agreements with flower agencies in more than 130 countries. If there is a reliable local flower delivery system in place, we will use it to fill your order.

What is your pricing policy?
All prices on this site are shown in Canadian dollars. Due to currency fluctuations and open-market buying conditions in the flower industry, our prices are subject to change without notice. (NOTE: This does not apply to orders that have already been placed.)

What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards. Charge your online purchase using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club/EnRoute or Discover.

Will the flowers that are delivered be exactly as displayed online?
All of the items shown are accurate representations of the overall style, colour scheme and value we will deliver. Specific flowers and containers may vary due to design interpretation and availability. Depend on this: You will never receive less than you see in our product shopping cart.

What is your guarantee and return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, please contact customer service immediately and we will gladly provide you with a replacement or refund your money.

Why are cookies required?
Cookies are used on the FloraWorld site to temporarily store data. No information except for an automatically generated ID is stored in the cookie. The web server then uses that ID to keep your order information intact. The cookie is not stored on a permanent basis on either your computer or the server and the generated ID is unique each time you visit the FloraWorld site.
